Default Ellsworth ID internal routing

If you have an ellsworth ID or a Truth, can you tell me is there supposed to be a plug where the cable goes internal for the rear derailleur. I just bought an ID frame and I'm building it up and while I was routing the rear derailleur cable, I found that the hole where the rear cable goes internal is quite large and my housing and with plug is way too small. I'm wondering if the bike store forgot to insert a shim or adapter plug to hold the housing in place.

Any reply would be appreciated.

I would ask the store but it's closed for the week.
