Default brain transplant

a doctor is examining a guy, bad news he says you need a brain transplant, unfortunatly we don't do them on the NHS but i do have a catalogue with them in. so the guy is looking and comes across, MALE BRAIN £500, FEMALE BRAIN £2000. The guy says thats a bit steep, surely female brains are'nt any better. no the doctor says its just that the female brain is unused
