Default New Rear wheel? or rebuild? For a Puch

Hi everyone on out there,

I just got a PUCH converted single speed. The rear wheel's rims in totally beat.

So.... my question is what should I do?

I'm thinking about rebuilding the wheel, but still then Again I can buy a new wheelset and have a Fixed/ SS wheel.

I'm not looking to pay more then 100 or so dollar for the repair or replacement.

Can anyone give some idea on what parts/companies are on the cheaper end but still good for rims and wheel sets.

Thanks

P.S. Some details on the PUCH company, what be great too...
