Can I Ask You a personal question?
I was just wondering since we all have a passion for the sport of cycling, can I ask what is your profession or what do you do for a living?
I start. I am a communication major student and a mom of two future cool pro-cyclists boys. What about you?

I teach Marketing at a local university. I ride about 40 miles a day in the summer, my wife rides about 20 miles a day. I have a daughter in Chicago working on her Masters which loves to do 60 miles with me. My son goes on 30 mile bike rides with me.

First baby on the way in ~5 weeks so will soon be cycling much less than the 300 - 400km per week that I'd like! |

Wow doctors and accountants! And Mareblu, you go girl! We've got to stick together round here because we are out numbered!!! By the way, I have always wanted to ask this question.
Well, I am only 18 and in my final year of college. I plan to do a Bachelor of Nursing next year then travel to either South Africa to work in an AIDS hospital or France (from watching TdF I have fallen in love with France) to just be a nurse. Can't wait!! |

Hmm. 'm getting a PhD in Optics. Most of me time has been spent threshing out test methods for big optics in terrestrial telescopes and stuff like that....lately, though, I've been working to avoid getting poisoned wif mercury whilst using the stuff as reference mirrors.
The upside of the grad thing is that it gives me a 30 mile roundtrip training ride 5 or 6 days a week. The downside is the desert heat that comes with living in the desert. |

My girlfriend told me I had to stop obsessing about politics. So I started obsessing about cycling!
