Default grand ave camelia vs south st rydalmere

there are 2 options into parramatta along parramatta river...

With Grand Avenue, I gotta cross the gasworks thackery st bridge which involves steps... then once you get over, you gotta ride in Camelia which is dusty and smelly being an industrial area. The road is wide and drivers are courteous, but there are many semi trailers kicking up dust

With South St, pollution is only from cars, but the street is filled with cars during buisness hours. I don't to go up and down steps. There is little space between parked cars and cars travelling down the street. It is also a more hilly route.

Which option would you choose?
