That sucks really bad. It is bad enough when someone gets hit or killed, but on a road with a 8 ft shoulder, in broad daylight? Everyone makes mistakes, but from the way it looks the guy that hit him is most likely a human piece of garbage who should not be allowed to operate a motor vehicle. |
