to those who have had power meters for more than a year, how has your power developed with training in the long term and have you seen the bigger gains through the winter, or through the season?
personally i've found that the level i reached after a bit of eraly season racing is the level i've maintained through the summer, while my gains have been made in jan/feb/march when rackign up the endurance miles.

Same thing on my side, mostly it's been maintenance of form during spring/early summer racing. Peak form was created from Jan to Mid April, also with a few races under my belt, but 96% was prebuild pre-racing season. |
