Default Paula Radcliffe

what do people think of her?

i respect her anti doping stance but if you look at her performances alone,
she has improved beyond all recognition from the athlete of about6-8 years ago

she used be the brides maid of the 10000 but now dominates

well like dead start said @ athens but the main reason for dominating is her diet.

Before she just eat correct food but had not set diet. Now she has specified time when to eat so that when she is putting miles in for training then the foods energy is used to maximum which means she can run greater distances in training which say 5 miles extra on top of what she was doing a day adds up to 25 a week which a lot maybe more depending on if she has more/less rest days than cyclists have.

If she is only putting in 25 miles a week and is as good as she is then she has to be doping! She puts in way more then that.
