Nevada County:
Downieville downhill -downhill (25 mi) Bollards Bar -7 mile Cross Country trail around a blue, warm lake. just hop in when you get hot! Empire Mine -all types of riding, from super fast singletrack to even faster downhill and awesome cross country Malakoff Diggins -super cross country (lots o uphill) and many, many, many more (the place is webbed with trails and roads) _________________________________________________________________ I've ridden many, many places, but none as good a Nevada County. Road biking is awesome here also, for Nevada City holds their annual Tour of Nevada City bicycle race, where people from surroundining states and even canada come to race. _________________________________________________________________ Almost the whole place is bike friendly dropoffs from high sidewalks (1ft - 6ft+) not much more i can say there are a few professional bike shops... _________________________________________________________________ If there is anyone out there who has ridden these trails and has ridden better, please let me know, because so far, from what i know, these are the best of the best. |
