I've ridden many, many places, but none as good a Nevada County.
Road biking is awesome here also, for Nevada City holds their annual Tour of Nevada City bicycle race, where people from surroundining states and even canada come to race.

Almost the whole place is bike friendly

dropoffs from high sidewalks (1ft - 6ft+)

not much more i can say

there are a few professional bike shops...

If there is anyone out there who has ridden these trails and has ridden better, please let me know, because so far, from what i know, these are the best of the best.
