Default Where Are Your Helmets???

It's been wonderful to see so many moms and dads out riding bikes with their children as the weather has been cooling off. You all are setting a very good example for the children that fitness is fun and healthy for everyone. You all look happy and relaxed out there. I'm probably the only one riding in the neighborhood who has to make sure I don't exceed the speed limit and perhaps you all figure me a nut job. I have to ask though, why don't you wear helmets? You unwittingly are teaching your kids they won't need them once they reach the age that they legally don't have to wear them. Anyone with half a brain should definetly be wearing a helmet or they may just end up with half a brain one day. True, someone such as myself is more likely to crash, you know I have, but it is not an uncommon thing for someone out for a leisure ride to have an accident.
Come on moms and dads, set a good example for the kids and put on a helmet! You can brush your hair when you get home.
