I just bought myself a Giant OCR composite, and naturally I am biased when I say that Giants are really good value for money. If you only ever cycle on roads, and bike tracks the flat bar road bike is for you. |

That Felt is a nice bike but i think its a little big for me im about 170cm. So anyway im thinking of going with the Giant crx4 in black it looks good and is in my price range. For those of you who live in Melb will this bike be ok on tracks like the warbie trail and other bike paths. My main concern is buckling the wheels i have no idea how strong these bikes are have only ever riden a mtb.

CRX 4, a good choice!! The rims are wider than a road bike, you can fit 700cx32mm off road tyres to it if needed. If they aren't strong enugh, try some Velocity Dyad wheels.
The Felt, like me @ 170cm, yes its too big.. ![]()
