Default Any info on totalcycling.com

Does anyone know anything about totalcycling.com.I am looking at buying a bike from them ( still waiting for a quote from a week ago). Are they reliable etc? What are the costs involved in bringing a bike back into the country (Australia)?

Any information would be great.Cheers all.
