And there's this one too, http://www.woodrupcycles.com/ They are in Leeds, like Bob Jackson.
Anyone know anything about Woodrup? Looks like the Stelvio is their touring frame. Wouldn't it be great if there were two or three worldwide chains that dealt only with stock and custom lugged steel frames! And road shoes that are a bit wider and made for toe clips. And leather and cotton gloves with full, thick padding, even between the thumb and forefinger. And prebuilt 36 spoke front wheels. A fantasy bike shop...Yikes...I'm dreaming in terms of market economy. |
