Im making my saracen x-ile 2003 into a trials specific machine, and im wondering if its safe for me to widen my chainstays to fit a rear trials tyre, for example a Maxxis creepy crawler or any other 2.3 - 2.5 tyre.

i guess, i guess i'll have to manage with me 2.1, any one know a good trials tyre thats 2.1??? my upward limit is £15 (pounds sterling)
