hey guys,

i'm new to cycling, and want to be racing by early next year, but first i need to adress my fitness. what's your training schedule and diet??

this will depend on where you live, how much time you have to work out, what your goals are, etc? Give us some more info and we can help ya out

I live in The Suburbs of Melbourne, Autralia, i go to school, but hav about 1 hr in the morning, and 2 after school, and my goals are to get in shape, and compete in the coming season.

Head to the kew boulevard, then find yarra st around half way along. If you do ten reps of this street within an hour you will be doing well.
