Hi,
I'm plannnig a trip from Le Havre to Geneve next July, although i cycle regularly i'm new to touring. I've worked out a basic route form Le Havre to St Germain en Laye, then onto Dijon (with stops in between!) and finally Geneve. I was just wondering if any body had any experience on routes in this area and wanted to give me any advice. Like i say i've never attempted a big (small to some i'm sure) tour before so the tinniest bit of advice will probably come in very handy. We want to avoid all busy roads and aren't trying to get to Geneve in record time, but it is for charity so we won't be going at snails pace either. So if anyone has a major DO or a major DON'T for me that would be great! Cheers |
