Does anyone have a suggestion as to why n/a is shown as my TSS rather than an actual value?

I got the same problem. During a workout, some of my intervals had N/A for TSS, other no. |

It might be worth contacting CP direct. |

Try saving the workout file and then go back and check your workout. Saving (from the athlete homepage) updates the charts and datasets. |

How long were the intervals? There's a minimum time for Cyclingpeaks to calculate NP. To the OP, have you entered a value for threshold power? Without one, CP can't calculate NP, IF, or TSS. |

Selections less than 30 sec in duration won't have an NP, or likewise a TSS value, because of the averaging interval used in the calculation.

Thanks frenchyge and asgelle ! You are right, I did 30s interval but several were just below (29.8s), and I forgot the NP calculation rule of 30sec. |

FWIW, I wouldn't trust normalized power for any effort <5 min in length (and in fact will lobby that this be changed in any future version of CyclingPeaks). |
