Hi all, I'm new to this forum.
I normally spend alot of time contributing on BentRidersOnline, but I figure there are probably alot of recumbent riders on the 'net that may not go to BROL. So I found this forum. Anyway, I have been designing and building a front wheel drive lowracer for around 6 months, and have documented the process. Here are some pictures. It's called the atomBLASTER: http://www.geocities.com/atombikes/blaster.html If you are interested in building one yourself, please refer to my website. http://www.geocities.com/atombikes/plans.html Thanks, atombikes |

Thanks to all of you who inquired about this bike design. I welcome any/all questions or comments about the design; all input is good. I can't wait to see pictures of some of the bikes people will build based on this design!
I feel I should mention that this bike can be built as a 20" lowracer, or the currently very popular dual 26" version, and I have also added an appendix with instructions on how to create a frame that can be disassembled for travel purposes. |
