Lands end to John o Groats

Default Lands end to John o Groats

I will be cycling from Lands end to John o Groats at the end of march and would like some advice from people who have also done this ride.
I would also like to know a good route to take and good places to stop in scotland. Also how to get back from john o groats by means of public transport etc.

Any adivce would be great thanks!

No real advice but best of luck to you as that's my aim for august.

Have a search on google for lejog there's a few websites up with peoples stories and the routes they've taken.
Only campsite I guess on route i've been would be at John O'groats but that was in car last year and not very useful.
I've been told that if you're camping at lands end book early.

Either way, will be interesting to see how y' go on.

Do a search or just browse through the past searches. This topic has come p many times and so you should find good advice
