Default Coast and Castles cycle route.

ok im planning to do the coast and castles route in the summer and was wondering if anyone had any experience of the trail e.g. campsites, terrain, thorns ?!?, signposting ect ect ect

any help would be appreciated but my main concern is campsites.

coast and castles route?

where is that?

i ride a short 20 mile ride sometimes that visits 6 castles on the firth of Clyde.
