Ken Livingston calls American ambassador a "chisling little crook" because of americans refusal to pay "congestion-charge" for use of diplomatic vehicles. American Embassy claims that diplomats do not pay taxes.

this is a British/Chinese diplomatic issue and has nothing to do with the US.
and China had a thriving economy before Europe even colonised the land that was to become the US. read up. and by the way, its "You're so stupid." and "You're an ASS!". if you are going to insult someone do it properly. these are fundamental and basic grammatical errors that you should have ironed out before you reached 11 years old...are you sure you are 30 something? Ken Livingstone is one particular guy I would like to nail with a solid left hook. I don't know what it is about that guy but he gets right up my nose and always have done.
People over here who feel the same way as me call him the "weasel". This is a guy who wrung his hands publically over those cartoons in Denmark and blamed the Danish people as a whole (as if they can dictate what newspapers print). Quote:

Here'a an update. It is reported that the congestion tax amounts to only $14/vehicle. The Mayor says he may seek legal action to enforce the charge. I think the American's should pay the charge, regardless of precedent set, due to our complicity, nay, our "lions-share" emission of fossil-fuels greenhouse-gases
Anyone w/ me ![]()

He sounds like a colorful/boisterous individual. Here is the web page outlining the charge. I think it is a good idea to cut down on non-essential use of vehicles/laziness. http://www.bbc.co.uk/london/congestion/intro.shtml

In fairness to Red Ken - his congestion charge has cleaned up a lot of traffic problems in Central London and it's good that it has forced people to use public transport from an environmental aspect. He should take action against those who don't pay the charge.
