Default Which is the better deal?

Both bikes I am looking at are new (not used) 2005 model Bianchi bikes. One is a Virata for $1700 and the other is a 928 Carbon Veloce for $1850. At first I was leaning toward the Virata but with the deal on the carbon I am in a rut. What do you guys think? Thanks, Adam.

A full parts list for each bike would make this easier.
