Hey Board,
I'm looking to get back into Moutain biking for the enjoyment and health of it. I'm a big guy (255lbs) with an '01 Trek 4500. I love the bike, but I need a new fork (one that is rated for my weight) I've got two questions: Do ya'll recommend any good forks that are made for the big riders? I've still got the stock Linear-pull brakes on my bike. Do they make forks that are compatible with these brakes? Or is everything set up for disc brakes now? I'm trying to stay somewhere around $400-500 total. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Again, G |
