I am 37 years old and have recently started a fitness regimen that includes aerobic/weight/resistance training. (within the last 6 months.) I am very athletic, competing mostly in team sports. I am interested in cycling for added fitness right now, but would like to be ready to race by next Spring. Any suggestions of a good training manual or website for a beginner?
