Default Creeking frame ( i think )

Hi, I run an Appolo Outrage mountain bike and have done for some years, very reliable bike. Recently there seems to be creeking from the front fork or suspension with each stroke of the pedal. Any body no wot it is or how to help. Cheers. Rhys the Emo

i have had his problem on a few bikes usually it was loose crank arms check that first and once it was a the lower cup that is pressed into the frame for the head set it was loose and needed to be replaced but i would check the crank arms
