I've got a 2006 GT avalanche 2.0 disc. It has a RST Omega T6 front shock. I can adjust the amount of travel as well as lock it out. But, I'm not sure of the "proper" adjustment. I'm getting into some racing and i don't know how much travel the shock should have. Should I adjust it just so it doesn't bottom out? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, Greg
