i was wrong in my old theory, amphetamines are banned by the UCI. i was told that landis was taking something prior to the tour which meant he had testosterone levels right on the legal limit. then prior to stage 17 he took a lot of SUDAFED which has similiar properties to amphetamines but is NOT banned by the UCI. This is where i got confused with amphetamines. Because Landis took so much sudafed it raised his testosterone level above the legal limit.
so thats the theory, he took a load of sudafed prior to stage 17, hope this makes more sense. |

It doesn't mean jack sh*t how high his testosterone levels were and what caused them to be so. The issue is he had external, non-Roid Landis testosterone in his systems. You can explain ratios all day long and point to various explanations, but he has yet to offer up how external T got in his system. |

I think maybe you've had a little too much sudafed as well if this is what you really think happened. |
