Angry Summer Psycho's

Does anyone else have an issue with these people who pull out there hack bikes because the tube has become too hot in summer only to cause havoc on the roads?

Jumping red traffic lights and pedestrian crossings.
Getting overtaken and then filtering to the front again.

This morning i had the unfortunate sight of seeing a cyclist who had been involved in an accident and was very much the worse for wear. Not moving at all and some frantic medical attention going on. What blew me away is that some of the summer psycho's were still filtering through as the police tried to bring the traffic under control.

Looneys...
