replacement rear spring

Default replacement rear spring

hey guys,

need to replace the rear spring on my bike as im a little chunkier than most, and i need some help in making sure i get the right one

so heres the facts:

its an 04 kona coiler deelux, with 5 inches rear travel via a fox vanilla rc

i weigh about 16 stone//224 pounds

and my current spring has 450lbs and 2.30 written on it, if that helps

so any help would be much appreciated

oki doki, the dude at fox reccommended a spring weight of 700lbs X 2.3 spring

hope this helps some of you
