Default A must-have book

For those of you seriously interested in nutrition, you should read "The China Study," by T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D. This guy's no quack - he's one of the leading health researchers in the U.S. His conclusions are backed up by tons of data and research. His conclusions? All animal-based products promote disease, including dairy. I've had no trouble giving up the little meat I used to eat, but my yogurt and cheese too? I don't know if I can do it.

You have to die of something and I'd rather die having enjoy my food and that includes eating deceased animals.

excellent book.

using animal products is also wasting the earth, making a HUGE mess, polluting bsolutely everything...

you feel and perform better on a plant-based diet.

What a stupid comment . Why don't you take up smoking - you might enjoy that too & you'll die faster(probably). Why don't you take up skydiving - it's fun(apparently). Do it without a parachute - afterall you'll have the enjoyment you're after and you'll definately die - as you've said you've got to die of something!

Nice one brah - you got me (LOL!) . I could eat an olive oil and garlic sandwich myself.
It's " Irish vegan " ( no dog ) just deer, cow, pig and buff , and it's happening today.
