help my brakes

Default help my brakes

did some adjusting and cleaning on my 06 avanlanche 2.0 disk and the brakes just arent enough.
does anyone know if its worth goin to a 203mm disk?
where can i get an adapter from in sydney?
i dont want to go hydraulic an im lookin at gettin the avids up front, do the avids work with the shimano v-brake levers i have?
help!!!!!!!!!

probably not worth switching to 203mm disk no.

yes they would work but avids levers are way better and would probably be included in a brake set. why have you rejected hydros?
