Which nation and why.
And, who are your favorite dopers and why. I, for example, like Tyler Hamilton because he's kind, honest and likes dogs. Who's your favorite?

My vote...........the Americans between Canada and Mexico.
Who in the U.S. coined the phrase: "if you're not cheating, you're not trying hard enough"?
