Hello, long time lurker, first post
![]() Anyways, I'm heading back home visiting my old man in Perth this Xmas; he's taken up cycling with a passion and i'm really looking forward to heading out with him. I've been in Melbourne for a few years and i'm way out of touch with all things WA! Can anyone recommend a place that would hire a half-decent roadie for a week? Basically anything that isn't your standard Rottnest hire bicycle. The interweb doesn't seem to be forthcoming with any useful info so far, but i'll keep searching. I'll be staying in the northern(ish) suburbs, warwick/duncraig/hamersley area. Alternatively, if there's anyone out there willing to lend an olde training bike etc that would fit me (6'4" , 90kg) in exchange for a reasonable amount of beer... i'm all ears! ![]() Cheers, Adam |

Adam,
the hire bloke at the bottom of Plane St, Langley Park, has had road bikes in the past. I will try to dig up a number for him. You may find some bike shops, see who replys. ![]() EDIT: Found two on DPI Publication "Perth and Kings Park by Bike": About Bike Hire, Plane St: 08 9221 2665 www.aboutbikehire.citysearch.com.au Koala Cycle Hire, Kings Park: 08 9321 3061
