Why is Kona using Rock Shox instead of Fox for the 2007 Kula line? Is there any particular reason for the change? Was it a cost issue or quality issue?
Just curious. Thanks. |

I havent seen the new Kona line yet...*checks website*...
Now I have. Im not sure you ever get quality issues with Fox but cost is definatly in there. I mean, the lowest model Fox Fork is nearly twice the amount of a Rock Shox Tora. |

First: weight, The SID is quite a bit lighter than a Float.
Second: Quality, Fox doesn't make the forks like they use to (negative) and Rockshox are the forks they use to be (positive) |
