I'm thinking of buying an electric bike next spring. I'll be using it mainly to get back and forth to work. Does anyone know if it is any good during the winter? If any has an answer, reply to michaelreyesrogerscom@yahoo.ca as I'm not home till the weekend to get to my computer.

I heard that they're now street legal...in Ontario I'm told that you need a driver's licence, helmet, insurance, to use one...think that I'll stick to the Vespa |

I have found a hybrid of an electric bike and gas scooter at daymak.com. They have three dealerships in the GTA for anybody interested in getting transportation that does not require a license or insurance. I hope this helps someone who like me does not have a car.
