Where it the attached PDF mentioned below?

ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

The CCA-Hamilton Road Cycling Foundation was established as a result of the $1.2 million legacy generated by the 2003 Road World Championships, held in Hamilton, Ontario, October 9-13, 2003. The Foundation was established with $640,000. The primary objective of the Foundation is to support the CCA's programs regarding long term development of young road racing cyclists.

The Board consists of the following individuals:
  • Linda Jackson, President - Previous National team member, 1996 Olympian
  • Brian Jolly, Vice President - Former CCA President and Member of the UCI Road Commission
  • Ross Chafe, Secretary-Treasurer - Previous National Team member
  • Steve Lacelle, Ex officio Director - CCA Chief Operating Officer
Additional members include:
  • Steve Bauer- Previous National Team Member, Olympic Medalist, Canadian Olympic Committee and Canada Sports Hall of Fame inductee
  • Pierre Hutsebaut- Previous CCA Director General, current UCI America Tour Advisor*
*this figures as Canada is getting screwed over in this new UCI America Tour, nothing new given Huts' Europhile interest.

The first initiative implemented by the Foundation is the Athlete Travel and Training Subsidy Program (see attached .pdf). This program provides direct financial assistance to aspiring road cyclists with successful competitive results who have the potential to achieve higher competitive levels and results. The goal of the fund is to relieve the financial burden on junior/development athletes lacking in financial resources. Financial assistance is considered for travel to designated development camps and/or specific races as designated in the application guidelines.
