Hi all
My goal for the Gong ride is to try finish with the racing crowd. I cannot seem to decide whether to ride LT training on tues, wed, and thurs and rest fri and Sat. or just not do any major riding at all during this week... what do you think thanks all. |

Do the same as what you have been doing but with at least 30% less duration, but whack in one hard (say 10min) effort two days before, then do nthing the day before.
