Default Oil, smoke, and mirrors

"“Oil, Smoke & Mirrors” is an independent production. The producer has neither association with, nor membership of, any political organisation."

Any guesses as to why wolfux continues to reply to my posts, when he knows that I don't read or reply to his?

Here's a guess: he can make inane or inaccurate remarks without fear of being challenged...or he enjoys talking to himself.

I think he has an attraction to imbeciles.

That would explain it.

I would ask the same questions about BillM, Colorado Ryder, 2FAST4U, and thebluetrain - all of whom I do not respond to but who all like to have conversations with themselves.

No surprise here tho' - I would expect nothing less retarded from the right-wing delusionaries.

It's really cute when you play the ignore list card. I guess it won't be much longer till everyone is on your ignore list. But thats just the kind of person you are.

It may suprise you, but he isn't on any of our ignore lists. That fact that you put him on your ignore list means he "won" the flame war as such and he continues to point out holes in your rhetoric but you won't learn anything from it. Your loss.

Just think ......tonight at midnight "wurm " has to take a 30 day vacation. And chances are the Dems are going to have a really good day with the days elections. . But wurm won't be able to gloat over it, for at least 30 days. Isn't there some "irony" here?

I just want to break out in song .......[Chorus in the background with 500 tiny childrens voices..........

"Ding dong, the wicked wurm is gone."

The word "right wing" bothers me....... For the record.....
I do lean towards the Republican Party.....
However.....It has to do with what the Republican Party is supposed to stand for.....
Fiscal conservatisim and personal responsibility. {Washington, are you listening?}

I am against the death penalty. Even in Saddam's case. Even though in that case it is not hard to think otherwise.

I want to see a good Democratic canidate in 2008. The country needs that. The Dems are shooting themselves in the foot with Kerry, Dean, Gore and the other east coast liberals. They do not have the soul of the Democratic voter. 2004 is the proof of that. The Republicans did not steal that election, the Dems cost themselves that election.
A decent Democratic canidate might get my vote.

I hold my opinion as to if we should have evaded Iraq. I do not like war. There is evidence concerning Iraq that Saddam should have been removed, but we may have had other outlets to solve the problems. But I also know that terrorism is real. America and Europe are facing something that we have not faced before. Mistakes are going to be made.

I have come to the conclusion that there are Americans who hate what this country stands for. I see this country as a decent country with many faults. I am not a flag waver.
The Americans who hate this country seem to be of a certain sort of individual. My girlfriend who is a radical liberal, who sits on many radical liberal committees, and along with her many friends that are radicals all come from the same background........ They were rich kids who did not live up to their parents standards. And my " stereotyping here " is not too far off the mark.

I am not anti-gay. Except when they wear white after Labor Day. I ran a pub where it had the rep as a place where everyone was welcome. The gays were welcome and felt safe there. But I am highly critical of the way they present themselves in the national media. They complain mainstream America does not understand them , and then they strut around parades with the ass cut out of their pants....

I have problems with America's concept of family values that the religious right presents us with. This country has seen a very fast decline in family values over the past 30 years. Seeing this has spawn the religious right. And I do not like the way the religious right has spun this very important issue politically. This country neds to re install family values into the structure of everyday life. It is a spiritual issue, not one that can be ledgislated.

Abortion...... As I get older and talk to more people, I see it as something I am glad I never faced. I listen to my Catholic church, but I am still on the fence. But when I started dating in my mid 40's again, the one thing that women who had abortions in their youth shared with me was the fact that they wished they never had the abortion. It stole something from them. So, with that knowledge I do lean more towards anti-abortion, but I am still on that fence.

So ...... I let the forum readers decide..... Am I a right wing delusional individual? Would you consider me a right-winger?

Oh yeah..i am not for jail time for pot usage, and I hate this countries "industrial prison complex." I think businessmen should get tax advantages, but not the way the corporations get them.

So what am I????????/

In all fairness to wurm I think maybe we should offer him a chance to defend himself in this situation. We need to form a tribunal.

We need to select 5 forum members to be able to ask him questions as to why he believed that "Iran was to be invaded." He needs to answer them in his own words and not "copy/paste then post."
He can be represented by someone we choose.....I recomment carrea. Carrera seems lawyer like. His posts are always full of precidented facts.... Even though most of them go back to the stone age and the modern Roman Empire.

And then we have out tribunal vote after all the facts are in..... We should reserve the right to plea bargain him with a 10 day "off forum" choice, a "30 day" , or a complete pardon. Each of the day suspensions should come with a 90 day probation period. Part of his probation should prevent him from having over 25% of his posts from outside sources. He should be required to eliminate all niknames. And anytime he uses his ignore button , he is in violation of his probation.

And during and after the probational period is up, we should never allow him to be attacked for the theft of that bike part. We do not have both sides of the story.

But no ...... I do not think he will follow thru.

I'm not surprised at all. Others are free to read his moonbat postings. I could not care less.

"Won the flame war"? Is that anything like winning the "War On Terra"?

I generally don't use rhetoric, just facts, so you'll need to prove that one.

Either way, the only thing I've "learned" from wolfux or any of the right-wing nutballs here is how incorrigibly delusional they actually are. And THAT is the reason they're on my ignore list.

I don't see it as a "loss".
