Folding touring bikes in Europe
My wife is coming round to the idea of going on a cycle holiday in Europe (she always wants to go to Europe the cycle part is new) We are presently living in Japan and there are plenty of bikes avaiable here but I was wondeing if it was a sound idea to go to Europe (Fra/Ger/Ita/Esp) and get her bike there (or for that matter getting an upgrade for myself).
Also would a folding bike for touring be a good idea (we won't be doing any long haul touring just day trips and the like). Also any pointers on folding touring bikes and bike retailers would be appreciated. |
