Hi everyone,
I'm just getting into road cycling (mainly to complement my rowing training) and a few of the people i ride with said i should try out track. Apparently it will build leg muscle a lot quicker, and give me more explosive power, which is something that would be handy in my rowing. It also looks really fun. So i was wondering if someone would be able to tell me how to get involved? i would really appreciate anyone from CCCC in victoria replying, as i would like to know if there is any track comp during the winter that i can get involved in. thanks john |

Get to a track and try a rental bike and a class or clinic. Bring your shoes, pedals and a helmet. Have a blast
