What do you guys think about High5's claims about their "Super Carbs"? eg. 6.5% faster results when compared against PSP22. If so, should we all be switching to High5?

i believe this product is like everything else. ive personally had enough of being suckered into nutrition hype and promises of "19% less lactates!!!" as an example. this year i am going to make my food. ive been researching homemade gels, bars, and drinks. i am modeling my drink after Accelerade and Endurox. i can make virtually the same product for about 1/2 the cost of the real thing. as for gel, i got my "secret recipe" memorized. lol. bars are pretty to get info on. i prefer not to eat solid food unless the ride is longer than 2.5 hours. anyway, my advice is this: be totally informed.
