Default Oxilate Link

Hmmm. I registered mainly to post a note in response to a thead I am unable to find. It is about low oxilate foods for those who suffer from a certain form of kidney stones. I have benefitted immensely from a low oxilate diet and I wanted to post this link which is simply a compilation of low oxilate foods. With the usual disclaimer that nothing on my site is meant to heal any condition or offer any medical advice. Here is the link. If this reaches the person who was interested, please leave a comment! Cheers, S
