I am very interested in the successes other cyclists realized in switching eating styles. Much of my progress in riding comes from copying others. I currently drop to 210 from a base of 222 and range up if not careful.
What happened in your thinking? What did you find as key in turning the corner? How did you handle hitting the occasional motivational wall? Thanks |
