Hi kids
This may sound strange, but has anyone else experienced an increase in libido while training? I think it's an adrenaline thing or something, but my neeeeeed for sex increases the more i ride! Fortunately, I have no soreness due to the bike and I have a willing partner! I hope this isn't inappropriate. It's yet another perk of riding for me! ![]() |

As you suggest, it could be adrenaline...the physical efforts are different to say, gardening or other strenous activity which just make you want to hit the couch and fall asleep. Cycling recharges your batteries.... last weekend I did a nice 65 km (about 40 miles?) ride in the morning and went to a mate's place that night for a few beers, and by midnight I was still wide awake and wanting to hit the nightspots, while they were just yawning and thinking of hitting the sack...

A damn fine perk, BTW, can you tell us what sort of training you're doing? Would like to do a informal comparative analysis of what makes us lady cyclists feel "happier", ie: MTB vs Road vs Commuting .... ![]() |
