Okay, i don't know if this is under the right topic or not but oh well... I just read a book about cycling and it sort of dragged me in. I don't really know anything about cycling at all. I live in Indiana and don't know if it's real big here or anything. Right now I have 2 bikes, an older cheaper walmart mountain bike and a mongoose. I'm not sure what kind of racing I want to do yet or anything. I am just hoping someone can give me some information on starting. Thanks.

Biking is big in Indiana. There are some trails, lots of nice flat areas, and some hills, all depending on where you are. Drop by the local bike shops for info on clubs and organized rides, and as noted, get a helmet. |
