Smile Marzocchi Bomber EXR

hi, i have just got a new bike and it has a pair of Marzocchi Bomber, EXR Comp forks i think,
although they stick when they go down or stay down if that litle switchy thing is turns
how do i tighten them up and whats the little switchey thing on the too

yeo seems like the o rings needs replacing
is there anyway i can get this done DIY pr at a normal cycle shop
