Duh, what a typo! Thanks!
Its not being organised by Bicycle Victoria or any other profit making or quasi profit making organisation. Its being organised by a group of riders from 1988. edit, hmm it wasnt a typo, seems Ive been hacked already, better disable the everyone can edit function!
