I just got diagnosed with a Gluten Allergy. Gluten is in about every manufactured food almost. I am trying to keep my carbohydrate stores up while in training and haveing a hard time. Anyone had this problem before? Ideas on good gluten-free foods?

Are you saying you have been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease? If so, you should have been referred to a dietician to help you plan an appropriate diet.
Just a couple of things off the top of my head - potatoes, corn, rice, chickpeas, buckwheat - these are all good carb sources and don't contain gluten. |
