I am a senior in high school and my friend and I are doing a self contained trip across the country using the TransAmerican Bike trail mapped out by adventurecycling.com. Check out our website www.weridetheline.com we are starting june 1st or so and plan on about an 8 week trip.

Have you looked into getting sponsorship from local businesses? You should do that and also get donations from people you know. You can set the website up to take them and then you cover all your costs and donate the rest of the money to cancer or some other cause. That way, you're doing something good with it and you cover all your expenses. |
