Default Anybody knows Albergabici? Every kind of accomodation in Italy for bicyclists

Hallo friends!
Many of you post threads about where to sleep somewhere in Italy with your bicycles.
Mostly of the times ALBERGABICI IS THE ANSWER!
Albergabici is a service promoted by Italian ECF member, FIAB - Italian Federation of Bicycle Friends, that give a lot of useful information for touring bicyclists about more than 1.500 accommodation (hotels, farm houses, bed & breakfasts, camping sites, etc.). The site can be easily consulted by Italian region and province, and the list of accomodations can be ordered by municipality or category. In Albergabici is possible to find out information otherwise difficult to find, for who travels by bicycle in Italy. For instance is possible to know if where you are going there is a hotel that has a covered and safe shelter for your bicycles, if they accept guests for just one night (a big problem in high season), if it has a small repair shop or cycle rental service, if they serve special menus for cyclists or have specific cycle maps or guides at people’s disposals, the distance from train stations and, not last, if the structure offers discounts and particular services for FIAB and ECF (European Ciclists' Federation) members. Data is inserted from every single accomodation and have to be updated at least once a year, guaranteeing aprecise and always updated information.

Please check the web page www.albergabici.it (direct link at English page: http://www.fiab-onlus.it/albergab/ingindex.htm). For more information write at albergabici@fiab-onlus.it.

Wishing you all the best.
Mik
